TEYA Team of Executives visited students under TEYA scholarship at MTC Today.

The team of TEYA executives, led by DC Atem Khot Majok and Khoch Ghoch Ajang, recently paid a visit to the students who are studying under the TEYA scholarship program at the Juba Multi Service Training Centre. The executives were warmly welcomed by the students during their visit.

The purpose of the visit was to engage with and support the students who have been benefitting from the TEYA scholarship program, which aims to provide educational opportunities for aspiring individuals in South Sudan. DC Atem Khot Majok and Khoch Ghoch Ajang, along with their team, wanted to personally interact with the students and witness the impact of the program on their lives.

Upon arrival, the executives were greeted with enthusiasm and genuine appreciation by the students. The interaction between the team and the students was filled with positivity and excitement. During their visit, the executives took the time to commend the students for their commitment to education and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.

The executives also had the opportunity to learn more about the challenges faced by the students and, in turn, shared their insights and experiences, motivating them to reach for their dreams. The visit served as a source of inspiration for both the TEYA executives and the students, fostering a sense of unity and determination.

Today, out of the 59 students who regularly attend classes at the Vocational School, we had a total of 43 students present. Among them, there were 9 females and 34 males.

It is important to note that the Department of Building and Construction did not have classes scheduled for today according to their timetable. Consequently, the students from that specific department did not attend school today.

While we encourage regular attendance for all students, we understand that scheduling conflicts and department-specific timetables can sometimes lead to variations in attendance. We appreciate the dedication of the 43 students who were present today, and we will continue to strive for uniform attendance among all students.

We are delighted to hear that the students appreciated the recent visit and felt valued by the TEYA delegation. It warms our hearts to know that the visit reminded them on the responsibility of TEYA. Mr. Dual Jok Dual, stated it clear that the care and support he received from TEYA reminded him of his parents during his high school visitation days.

In response to the students' request, we assure you that the leadership, including the chairman, will make an effort to visit you at any time possible. We understand the importance of building a strong relationship between the students and the leaders who have made decisions that impact your education.

By visiting you, we hope to establish a direct connection and provide an opportunity for you to meet the leaders responsible for implementing these decisions. This will create a sense of transparency and enable you to voice your concerns, suggestions, and aspirations directly to us.

Your feedback and participation are crucial in shaping the future of our educational institution, and we value your input. We appreciate your eagerness to know all the leaders involved, and we commit to organizing a visit that allows for meaningful engagement between the leadership and the students. Furthermore, we understand the challenges that some students face in commuting to and from school, especially those living far away due to economic hardships. We would like to clarify that upon the arrival of the TEYA Delegation team, it was communicated from the very beginning that TEYA would only handle school fees, while the transportation expenses would be the individual students' responsibility.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our aim is to support your educational journey, and we encourage you to reach out to the appropriate channels for assistance in finding suitable transportation solutions. Your education and well-being remain our top priority, and we will continue to work together towards overcoming any obstacles you may encounter.

Thank you for your understanding, and we assure you of our commitment to providing a conducive learning environment for your academic success.

We are pleased to share that the Director of Training, Madam Iada, expressed her eagerness to meet with the TEYA team after being informed about their recent meeting with the students. Madam Iada commended TEYA for providing great support to the youth and encouraged them to continue advising and motivating the youth to acquire skills for nation building.

Madam Iada also acknowledged the discipline displayed by TEYA students and recognized the positive impact of their enrolment of 60 students. This enrolment not only benefits the students but also supports the Ministry of Training and Education (MTC) in paying tutors.

We are grateful for Madam Iada's kind words and recognition of TEYA's efforts in empowering the youth through skills development. We remain committed to our mission and will continue working towards creating opportunities for the youth to contribute to the development and growth of our nation through education and skill acquisition.

Overall, the visit to the Juba Multi Service Training Centre was a success, leaving a lasting impression on the students. The TEYA executives, led by DC Atem Khot Majok and Khoch Ghoch Ajang, were deeply moved by the warm welcome, and their presence brought encouragement and motivation to the students as they continue their educational journey under the TEYA scholarship program.
