The Humanitarian and Development Consortium (HDC) has made a significant donation to the Twic East Youth Association (TEYA) under the Regional Youth Peace Building Program (RYPBP).

Today, the HDC team of RYPBP delivered 100 plastic chairs, one executive chair, and one executive table to TEYA. Upon delivery, John Deng Achieng, the Secretary General of TEYA, and other members of the TEYA Executive received the chairs.

Furthermore, as part of their efforts, RYPBP is offering free vocational training services to six students. The following are the beneficiaries of the project: Akuol Arok Gak, Ayak Manyiel Akok, Chol Manyok Deng, and Arach Kuot Deng. Two other members were not present today.

These students have been admitted to the Egyptian Skill Centre (School) and will benefit not only from the training but also from transportation services to the school. This initiative aims to empower the students with valuable skills and opportunities for their personal and professional development.

The HDC’s generous donation of chairs and support for vocational training reflects their dedication to promoting youth empowerment and peacebuilding in the region. Through collaborative efforts like these, organizations like HDC and TEYA are instrumental in fostering positive change and creating a brighter future for young individuals.

The leadership of Twic East Youth Association (TEYA) would like to express their sincere appreciation to the Humanitarian and Development Consortium (HDC) and the Regional Youth Peace Building Project (RYPBP) team for their generous support. We are grateful to HDC for donating 100 plastic chairs, one executive chair, and one executive table to our organization.

TEYA recognizes the immense value of these donations and the vocational training offer. They will undoubtedly contribute to the growth and development of our organization and the students involved. We are truly grateful for the continued partnership and support from HDC and RYPBP in our shared mission of empowering youth and building peace in our region.
