In addition, there was IEC report; According to the report, there is a balance of 5 million SSP and 10,800 USD. The total collection mentioned in the report is 51 million SSP and 11,000 USD. This information indicates the financial status of the organization, highlighting the funds available and the amount collected.

In addition, Hon. Dhieu Chol Arok, the IEC former chairperson said, I understand the concerns you highlighted regarding the electoral disputes and registration process. It is crucial to address these challenges to ensure a fair and transparent voting process. Implementing measures to authenticate all documents for contesting candidates will help maintain the integrity of the election. Additionally, reducing the registration process duration and ensuring that all names are properly listed in the Payam will contribute to a smoother and more inclusive electoral process.

It is important for the relevant authorities to evaluate and learn from past electoral experiences and make necessary improvements to enhance the overall efficiency, transparency, and integrity of the electoral system. By addressing these challenges and implementing the recommendations put forth, the electoral process can become more robust, inclusive, and representative of the will of the people.

To end the powers of IEC, It is worth noting that the IEC has completed its tasks as confirmed by the official signing of the report by Chairperson Hon. Arok Dut Arok. The committee handover all the necessary files, stamps, and voting boxes, signaling the successful completion of their duties.

In response to the announcement of the committees and their work by Hon. Arok Dut Arok, it appears that there has been a generally positive reaction from the general assembly. The TEYA Engineering committee, headed by Eng. Garang Ajhok, specifically received a considerable amount of praise, with many speakers expressing their support for the planned programs under this leadership of Arok Dut.

However, it is important to note that there also appears to be a concern raised by some members of the assembly regarding a potential violation of the constitution by the TEYA leadership. Specifically, there is a concern that positions traditionally held by women, such as the Information Secretary and the deputy finance secretary, have been given to men.

To address this concern, there is a proposal being put forth to discuss the representation of ladies within the TEYA constitution. This proposal aims to ensure that gender parity and inclusivity are prioritized within the committee's leadership structure. By discussing the inclusion of ladies in key positions, it is intended to promote a more balanced and diverse committee composition.

It is important for the general assembly to engage in constructive dialogue regarding this proposal in order to reach a consensus on how best to move forward. Ensuring equal opportunities for both men and women within the committee will not only promote gender equality but also enable a wider range of perspectives and expertise to contribute to the committee's objectives. However, it was said that the existance of Nyiir Cit Arialbeek leadership as part of TEYA is more of mobilizing women participation, though they have a position of gender and social welfare.
